Will it sound like a robot?

No. HandlerAI runs on Amazon Nova 2 Sonic, a speech-to-speech model — it listens and replies in one model, with no robotic text-to-speech delay. Callers regularly finish the call without realising they spoke to an AI.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Keep your number. You forward calls to your HandlerAI line during the hours you choose — all the time, after-hours only, or only when your line is busy. You can revert any time.

What happens to my leads?

Every captured lead is written to your own private CRM workspace (you log in to view, edit, and work them), and you get an SMS and an email within seconds of the call ending. The full call recording and transcript are attached.

How does HandlerAI know about my business?

During onboarding we build a knowledge base from your website, your services and pricing notes, hours, service area, and any FAQs you send us. The AI only answers from your information — it won't make things up about your business.

Can it handle weekends and after hours?
