Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of HandlerAI's AI receptionist service. Plain English version: be fair, don't break the law, and pay your bills.
1. The service
HandlerAI provides an AI phone agent that answers your inbound calls, captures leads from your callers, and delivers those leads to you. The service depends on third-party infrastructure (notably AWS) and is provided "as is".
2. Account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for the activity on your account. Don't share logins with people outside your business.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use HandlerAI to make outbound calls, scam, harass, or impersonate.
- Do not collect data you're not legally entitled to collect from your callers.
- Comply with all telecom and consumer-protection rules that apply in your jurisdiction (10DLC registration, call recording disclosure laws, etc.).
4. Fees and billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Setup fees are one-time. Overage above your included calls is billed monthly in arrears at the rate published on this site. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; existing paid periods are not affected.
5. Termination
You may cancel any time; service continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate the service for non-payment, abuse, or violation of these terms.
6. Data and recordings
Call recordings, transcripts, and leads belong to you. You can export them on request and we will delete them on termination, subject to legal-hold obligations. See our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HandlerAI's total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or on this page. Continued use after the change date means you accept the new terms.
